The GH Growth & Strategy team is responsible for building QureGlobal Health facing business across India, Southeast Asia and Africa. You will:
- Shape market strategy Identify priority countries/states, map Ministry of Health ecosystems, size AI procurement potential, define the value proposition, and craft tailored market-entry roadmaps
- Create large-scale AI programmes design multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where QureAI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
- Own end-end deal cycles originate, structure and close deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale
- Unlock funding surface and win bilateral, multilateral and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level
- Influence policy & budgets engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease- control guidelines and national digital-health programmes
- Steward stakeholder relationships Manage a network of Qure partners, Govt stakeholders and global funding partners
- Collaborate internally translate market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks and evidence-generation studies in partnership with QureImplementation, Clinical Affairs and Client Success teams
What does success look like
- Establishing Qure as a leading AI player in national and state-level public health systems
- Securing government budgets/international financing for AI-led screening programs
- Securing and executing multi-year government contracts that materially accelerate national digital health goals across India, SE Asia, and Africa

This is a foundational role in a recent business vertical. Were looking for individuals who:
- Rapidly cut through complexitydistilling what truly matters while navigating diverse stakeholders, shifting regulations, and varied cultural landscapes
- Lead with relationships combining gravitas and empathy to build trust and engage seamlessly with both cabinet-level decision-makers and frontline program managers
- Execute relentlessly rolling up sleeves to shape large-scale commercial initiatives and steer high-stakes partnership negotiations to successful closure
- Demonstrated strong ownership and a deep commitment to driving high-impact projects from vision to reality
Key requirements
- Experience 3 to 8yrs in Enterprise Business Development / Founderoffice / Growth / Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory
- Graduation from Tier 1 colleges will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus
- Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets
