Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize ETL processes to streamline data flow, Manage and enhance BI tools like Metabase for secure and effective reporting, Build and maintain dashboards and data models to provide business teams with real-time insights, Work with Mixpanel or similar tools to analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights, Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all analytics systems, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI-focused roles, Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, Experience with Metabase, Mixpanel, or similar BI tools, Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL frameworks, Understanding of data modeling and business intelligence best practices, Solid problem-solving skills and ability to communicate data insights effectively
