Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure productive and reliable data flow.
- Manage and enhance BI tools such as Metabase for secure and effective reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide real-time insights to business teams.
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics using Mixpanel or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI-focused roles.




- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, or equivalents.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and analytics best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in healthcare analytics or healthcare data systems.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
