Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Cash management Services, Commercial cards & Correspondent Banking services, Capital & Custody Account Services, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, GIFT City. The team focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and delivery of mentioned services to corporate customers.

About the Role
As a part of the Wholesale Banking Product team, CMS ( CBG) Product Sales Managers are responsible for providing CMS solutions to Commercial Banking clients within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
.Responsible to grow the CMS Fee and Current Account Daily Average Balance of the assigned territory of CBG Segment
.Acquisition of mandates budgeted and increase CMS Sales for the CBG Segment
.Increase digital penetration and the bank's market share in RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/statutory payments such as various State and Central Taxes.




.Gather market intelligence and provide inputs for product/process improvement.
.Impart training to the business RMs & drive business outcomes
.Regular reviews with the Circle Business Group officials to drive business
.Servicing of CMS customers as necessary
.Facilitate and API and Host to Host Integration for prospective customers.

Qualifications
.10+ years of related experience
.Graduate in any Discipline
.MBA/PGDBM will be preferred.
Role Proficiencies:

A successful candidate should possess the following:
.Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
.Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank
.Dealt with CMS Service
.Valuable communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
.Ability to deliver business outcomes and meet deadlines
.Relationship building skills
.Basic knowledge of IT
