Job Description: 1. Design, code, and enhance existing web applications using established in-house frameworks. 2. Develop new web applications from layout to full functionality, aligning with customer requirements. 3. Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and fostering their technical growth. 4. Refine web application specifications, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives. 5. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, maintaining application stability and performance. 6. Drive the development of applications from scratch, demonstrating extensive hands-on experience throughout the lifecycle. 7. Engage regularly with business stakeholders and senior management, translating business needs into technical solutions. 8. Apply deep technical expertise to address challenging and compelling technical problems. 9.



Plan and deliver robust software platforms that are utilized across multiple products and departments. 10. Ensure adherence to best practices in web application development, including code quality and security.

Skills and Qualifications: - 3-6 years of professional experience in application development, with a focus on web technologies. - Proven expertise in web applications development, including front-end and back-end components. - In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: React, Node.js, C# .Net, or JavaScript. - Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with database systems like MySQL or Oracle. - Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior development teams effectively. - Extensive experience in developing applications from inception to deployment. .
