Gurugram, Haryana Full time JR_0000667 **Company:** Mitsubishi Chemical India Private Ltd. **Job Description:** + Record and review sales entries for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches and ensure timely transfer to Head Office books. + Maintain accurate accounting entries including journal vouchers, service invoices, and travel-related expenses. + Ensure completeness and correctness of branch-level accounting transactions. Consolidated Stock Report with provision for all branches- monthly + Support periodic book stock vs. physical stock reconciliation for the Neemrana warehouse. + Prepare quarterly and monthly consolidated stock reports covering all branches. + Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory variances + Prepare sales invoices based on approved purchase orders received from the Marketing team. + Generate service invoices (fixed and variable) and ensure proper accounting and documentation. + Ensure dispatch memos and invoicing are aligned with accounting records.



+ Prepare GST workings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches. + Support reconciliation and compliance activities to ensure accurate statutory filings. + Assist in responding to GST, tax, and regulatory queries. + Provide documentation and data required for statutory audits and tax audits. + Support timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions. + Assist in implementation of new accounting processes and control improvements.
