Urgent Opening in the NBFC Industry Position: Area Manager (Gold Loan) Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in Gold Loan, preferably in the NBFC or Banking sector
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: Up to 12 LPA Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the overall operations of multiple branches within the assigned region.
* Drive Gold Loan business growth and ensure achievement of business, revenue, and profitability targets.
* Develop and execute business strategies to increase customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
* Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and branch teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal policies, audit requirements, and operational guidelines.
* Monitor portfolio quality, collections, delinquency,



and recovery performance across all branches.
* Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, documentation, sanction, disbursement, and protected custody procedures are followed.
* Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's market presence.
* Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
* Prepare periodic MIS reports and business performance reports for senior management.
