Note: This is New Hiring No of Role: 1 Hiring Type - New Budget: 3Lac - 5Lac Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BrickCAD, and Lumion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D drawings, space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations for corporate office, commercial, and institutional projects. The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Design, and Project teams to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, and workstation configurations using AutoCAD and BrickCAD. Develop detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings as per project requirements. Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp. Generate realistic renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion. Interpret client requirements and convert them into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions. Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and project execution. Modify and revise drawings and models based on client feedback and project changes. Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and project records.



Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards and specifications. Support proposal submissions and client presentations with layouts, 3D views, and rendered visuals. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Hands-on experience in SketchUp, BrickCAD, and Lumion. Strong understanding of space planning, interior layouts, and furniture design. Ability to create detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations. Knowledge of interior fit-outs, workplace solutions, and commercial office projects. Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in 2D/3D design, space planning, interior design, or furniture design. Preferred Experience Experience in office furniture, modular furniture, workplace solutions, or interior fit-out industry. Familiarity with commercial office projects and workstation planning. Experience in creating high-quality 3D renderings and presentations using SketchUp and Lumion.
