T&D; experience mandatory 1 Position BPM, Cost Control & Risk Mgmt Manager (AM/ DM) – T&D; 2 Location Noida Office 3 Objective of this position Assist team for BPM & cost control activities within a project, operational role Review and Monitor project Billing, budget and forecasting Highlights areas of concern and potential solutions to help achieve a successful and timely completion of Projects and Achieve Revenue 4 Major responsibilities and function of this position Monitor, track Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Business Target and de-bottlenecking issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve Ensure adherence to Cost Control Procedures Analysis of financial & progress data across projects and extracting key actionable insights to ensure smooth functioning by risk mitigation. Monitor Billing Plan and Control Project Cost. Prepare Cost Overrun / Savings Analysis for each Cost Elements. Estimate Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs, Expected Outcomes and Variance reports Review & track CTC ‘s with detailed backups. Develop project cash flows.



Assist project team in seamless update of CTCs on Tool Carries-out statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals Contribute to Lessons Learned through the Project. Identifies risk across all areas of the project through period risk assessment sessions with project team & various cross functional managers, also identify suitable response measures Ensure that identified mitigation actions are being implemented. This includes ensuring ownership of all risks. Tracks and reports on risk management’s key performance indicators and takes appropriate actions to ensure KPI’s are tracked in a positive manner. Convening key management reviews including Project Review Meetings, Operational Review Meetings, Cash Calls, Sales Funnel Reviews, Business Review Meetings etc. Quarterly POWER Score – analysis & improvements Quarterly CTC Analysis Handson of SAP HANA, MS Office, Power BI
