The Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is responsible for designing and delivering complex Pega solutions while providing technical guidance to development teams. This role bridges hands-on development and solution design, ensuring scalability, reusability, and adherence to enterprise standards. The CSSA works closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and plays a key role in mentoring System Architects and improving delivery quality.
