Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. d. Assembling computers and Maintaining company peripheral desktop and network devices regularly, including printers and scanners. e. Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings. f.



Ensuring functionality of desktop systems throughout departments through frequent evaluations and routine maintenance. g. Planning and executing routine repairs and system upgrades. h. Making use of help desk systems to prioritize work-load and updating queries and calls. i. Installed and configured various applications Softwares Like MS Office 2000/XP, MS Projects and MS outlook for mail access, and Internet Explorer. j. Identify & suggest possible improvements on processes & procedures. k.
