We are looking for a high-impact professional to drive business excellence and data-driven transformation across functions including sales, supply chain, product, and procurement. This role goes beyond reporting — the focus is on building decision systems, driving cross-functional insights, and enabling AI-led business workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Excellence & Transformation
- Drive initiatives to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making
- Build frameworks to move from reporting to actionable insights
- Lead structured problem-solving projects 2. Analytics & Decision Systems
- Design dashboards and analytical models
- Translate business problems into actionable insights
- Enable decision-ready views for leadership 3. Sales & Distribution Effectiveness
- Support market expansion, outlet prioritization, and territory planning
- Build tools for better field decision-making 4. Supply Chain, Procurement & Product Insights




- Analyze demand patterns and forecasting inputs
- Support procurement intelligence and product performance tracking 5. Digital & AI Enablement
- Build rule-based and AI-assisted systems
- Embed analytics into workflows 6. Stakeholder Management
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Leadership
- Ensure adoption of tools and solutions Experience:
- 5–8 years in Business Excellence / Analytics / Strategy
- FMCG / Building Materials / Distribution experience preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking
- Power BI / Tableau
- Business understanding across functions
- Problem-solving ability Preferred:
- SFA / CRM exposure
- Retail / distribution analytics
