Manager – Technology Transfer (Platform Leader) to lead end-to-end deployment of innovations across manufacturing sites. This is a key R&D; leadership role responsible for scaling up formulations from lab to pilot to commercial production and ensuring harmonization across factories. The role covers formats such as Creams, Lotions, Serums, Gels, Hair Oils, Shampoos, Soaps, Deodorants, Colorants, etc. Key Responsibilities Lead technology transfer from Lab → Pilot → Commercial scale Drive seamless deployment of innovations across multiple factories Standardize and harmonize processes across different manufacturing setups Manage specification freeze, formulation lock & stability assessments Design and optimize manufacturing processes and hardware Lead plant trials, commissioning, and troubleshooting Develop Product Technology Dockets, Process documents & HACCP Collaborate with Formulation, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain & Brand teams Ensure compliance with GMP,



regulatory and quality standards Identify and mitigate scale-up risks Key Requirements M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Pharm (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical or related field) 8–15 years of experience in FMCG / Personal Care R&D; Solid experience in technology transfer & innovation scale-up Exposure to multi-factory deployment and process harmonization Strong knowledge of process engineering & manufacturing equipment Proven project management & stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience in plant trials & commercial batch troubleshooting Ideal Candidate Strong background in Personal Care / Home Care categories Has independently led scale-up and commercialization projects Strong cross-functional leadership capability Execution-focused with high ownership mindset If required, I can also create: A shorter WhatsApp version A LinkedIn posting version Or an internal hiring note for stakeholders
