Designation - Manager Department - Production / Manufacturing Experience - Min 20 yrs Education - B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Roles & Responsibility: Achieve production targets as per the approved production plan through optimal utilization of CNC machines, manpower, tooling, and materials. Ensure departmental KPIs related to productivity, machine utilization, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency are consistently met. Monitor machine performance and implement initiatives for OEE improvement by reducing downtime, optimizing cycle time, and minimizing changeover losses. Perform engineering cycle time calculations and identify opportunities for machining cycle optimization to improve productivity and throughput. Lead breakthrough and continuous improvement projects focused on productivity enhancement, process optimization, and cost reduction. Conduct capacity planning based on market demand and production capability to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.



Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and zero-defect manufacturing, complying with engineering drawings and specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives aligned with organizational business objectives. Ensure effective implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve machine reliability and reduce breakdowns. Maintain 5S workplace standards to ensure a clean, organized, and productive shop floor environment. Support employee development and multi-skilling of operators and supervisors to enhance flexibility and productivity. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and teamwork in manufacturing operations.
