We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production coordination, robust technical knowledge of PVC/Latex processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in PVC/Latex production and printing
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency on the production floor
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of PVC/Latex production processes, printing, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Tamil / Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and mathematical ability
