Press Shop Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the press shop- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity- Lead, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve targets- Ensure product quality standards and safety procedures are followedIdentify production issues and implement corrective actions- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departmentsMaintain production reports and documentationEnsure proper utilisation of machines, manpower, and materials- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime- Follow company policies and safety regulations Required Skills Positive communication and team coordination skills, basic knowledge of press shop operations and manufacturing processes.
