Experience: *Minimum 1 Year of experience
Salary: *20,000 per month
Location: *Cochin Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers at the office and via phone, email, or chat
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and politely
* Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers
* Provide accurate information about products, services, prices, and offers
* Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
* Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed
* Maintain a clean and updated record of customer interactions and transactions
* Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to support customer needs
* Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and issues
