* Assist in managing daily workshop operations
* Supervise Service Advisors & Technicians
* Ensure smooth job allocation & bay utilization
* Monitor service TAT (Turnaround Time)
* Handle customer complaints & escalations
* Support achievement of labour & revenue targets
* Track workshop productivity & efficiency
* Ensure customer satisfaction (CSI improvement)
* Monitor job card quality & documentation
* Ensure adherence to OEM SOP & processes
* Coordinate with spare parts team for availability
* Support warranty claim process
* Maintain workshop discipline & safety standards
* Prepare basic MIS / service reports
