• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth : Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy in alignment with the Board and CEO.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance:· Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Credit, Risk & Asset Quality Management: Define and enforce robust credit policies, risk management frameworks, and underwriting standards.
• Financial & Fund Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Operations & Branch Management:· Standardize operational processes across all branches to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• People, Culture & Leadership: Build a high-performance leadership team and solid second-line management.
