Position Summary

We are seeking an individual capable of delivering outstanding customer experience across diverse clientele,



while efficiently managing client workflows, to join the S&P; Cappitech Support and Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess adept communication skills for interacting with clients, addressing regulatory inquiries, and resolving daily reporting challenges. Experience with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, SEC, and SFTR regulatory operations will be a plus. This client-facing role demands a high level of technical proficiency. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing both technical expertise and financial/regulatory knowledge to resolve issues effectively.
