? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking professional to develop, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions for banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong FLEXCUBE expertise along with good knowledge of software development and banking application integration.

? Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Experience with banking application development and enhancements

- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques

- Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME

- Good collaboration and communication skills





? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom software components

- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in banking applications

- Maintain existing software components for improved performance and reliability

- Document software designs, processes, and code changes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements
