Job Title : Tyler Munis ERP Functional Analyst Finance

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Experience: 2-15 years

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

- Experience working with Tyler Munis ERP, ERP applications, or closely related municipal/public-sector ERP platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting business processes.
- Experience with Munis security roles, user access, workflows, and approval processes.
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, functional analysis, testing, and production support.
- Experience with ERP integrations and data interfaces.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Jira, or similar platforms.




- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Experience with Tyler Munis implementations, upgrades, or module rollouts.
- Knowledge of government accounting and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
- Provide functional support for the Tyler Munis ERP Finance environment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Tyler Munis functional solutions.
- Configure and maintain Finance-related modules, workflows, business rules, and system settings.
- Support financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Budgeting, and Cash Management.
- Work with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams or Tyler support.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
