Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Learning Content Development professional to create engaging, interactive, and scalable learning solutions using up-to-date digital tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning Content Development

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles

- Experience creating interactive and engaging learning materials

- Hands-on experience with multimedia elements such as video, audio, and graphics





- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and e-learning platforms

- Ability to adapt learning content for diverse audiences

- Strong problem-solving and content development skills

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging learning content

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements

- Maintain and improve existing learning content

- Work with multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences

- Document development processes and content changes

- Contribute to project discussions and provide effective solutions

- Support and guide junior team members
