Job Description:
- Robust techno-functional aptitude with the ability to understand business processes, product requirements, system integrations, and technical solution designs.
- Good understanding of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, Dev Ops, APIs, cloud-based architectures, and test automation.
- Quick learner & Self-starter who can become effective with minimal onboarding and operate with limited guidance, take ownership and independently drive execution to completion.
- Proficient in leveraging modern productivity, collaboration (like miro), reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve team effectiveness, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
- Comfortable working hands-on with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, metrics, dependency mapping, and Agile planning artifacts.
- Candidate is expected to manage up to 3 pods.
