Manager / Senior Manager - PR & Communications

Preferably from Listed Companies

- Develop and execute the organisation’s PR and communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with media, journalists, editors, influencers and industry publications.

- Drive media coverage, interviews, features, thought-leadership opportunities and corporate announcements.

- Develop press releases, media briefs, corporate profiles, speeches, talking points and communication content.

- Manage the organisation’s corporate communications and brand messaging across relevant platforms.

- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, awards, industry events and speaking engagements for senior leadership.

- Plan and execute PR campaigns, launches, events and media interactions.

- Monitor media coverage,



brand sentiment and competitive PR activity and provide regular reports and insights.

- Support crisis communication and reputation management, including preparation of appropriate communication strategies and responses.

- Work closely with Marketing, HR, Business and Leadership teams to ensure consistency of messaging.

- Manage external PR agencies, creative agencies and other communication partners, where applicable.

- Develop internal communication initiatives to improve employee engagement and awareness.

- Track PR performance through media visibility, share of voice, reach, sentiment and campaign effectiveness.

RequirementsPost Graduation
Prior Relevant Experience in a Listed Company
