Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers

- Provide accurate, skilled, and timely responses to customer queries

- Maintain solid customer relationships with a customer-oriented approach

- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

- Adhere to defined process guidelines and performance standards

- Work on a 5-day rotational work schedule

Requirements

Experience:

- 0.7 to 5 years of experience in the voice domain

Education:

- Graduate/Undergraduate/Post-Graduate

Language Requirement:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Other Requirements:





- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

- Willingness to work in night shifts

- Immediate joiners required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
