We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts on various software projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead the testing team and oversee the testing process for software applications.
- Develop and implement test strategies and test plans based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements to ensure proper test coverage.
- Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
