Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI CO Finance professional to lead technical direction, architecture, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP FI CO expertise along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 6years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance

- Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP integration

- Experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions





- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

- Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong team leadership and mentoring experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning and execution of software development activities

- Act as an SME and manage technical teams

- Take ownership of team-level technical decisions

- Provide solutions across multiple teams

- Coordinate technical and business stakeholders

- Mentor team members and drive technical excellence

- Ensure project timelines, quality, scalability, and performance standards
