Job Description - AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI Agent-based applications using modern agent frameworks.
Develop AI agents using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar frameworks.
Implement Guardrails to ensure safe, reliable, and controlled AI-agent behavior.
Design and implement cognitive/agentic patterns such as ReAct, OODA, and similar reasoning patterns.
Build agent memory, feedback mechanisms, state management, and context persistence.
Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers/tools for connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and external services.
Work closely with Prompt Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and Data Engineers to build production-ready GenAI solutions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and agent-based applications.
Work with Snowflake for data storage, processing, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
Work with Databricks and Lakehouse architecture for data engineering, analytics, and AI workloads.




Develop scalable solutions integrating LLMs, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI-agent applications in production.
Follow best practices for security, observability, testing, deployment, and governance of AI applications.

Mandatory Skills
8-10 years of software development experience.
Strong experience with AI / Generative AI / AI Agents.
Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar agent frameworks.
Knowledge of React, OODA or other agentic/cognitive patterns.
Experience implementing Guardrails for AI applications.
Experience with Agent Memory, Feedback Loops, State Management.
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Strong experience with Snowflake.
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Positive understanding of Lakehouse architecture.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and production deployments.
