Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented International Voice Process & Client Billing Executive to handle international client communication, voice-based coordination, billing support, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with international clients, maintaining accurate billing records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities :
● Ensure invoices are prepared and shared with international clients accurately and within the required timelines.
● Maintain explicit and professional email communication with clients regarding invoices, billing information, and related documentation.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the required billing information is available and communicated to clients correctly.
●Respond to client queries related to invoices, billing documents, and basic account related information, and coordinate internally where further clarification is required.




● Maintain proper records of invoices and client communication to ensure smooth and timely billing coordination.
Job Type:
1. Full time & On-site.
2. 5 day work week
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Requirements● 1-3 years of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, Billing Support, or Client Coordination.
● Strong English communication and email writing skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
● Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow defined processes; no specialized finance or accounting knowledge is required.
