• Collaborate with multiple teams for issue resolution and delivery
• Support application enhancements and technical improvements
• Optimize database performance where required
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
• Contribute to technical decisions and provide SME-level support
