XELUXE is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Bid & Business Development Coordinator to support our specialist engineering consultancy operations across India and the Middle East.

The role will initially focus on coordinating RFPs, preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, maintaining bid information and following opportunities through to award.

The selected candidate will also be developed progressively into a broader business expansion role, involving market research, project intelligence, client identification and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
Review RFPs and identify scope, deliverables, deadlines and submission requirements.

Coordinate with technical, commercial and management teams to prepare proposals.

Develop professionally structured Word documents, fee schedules, presentations and supporting credentials.

Maintain bid trackers, client information, follow-up actions and proposal status.

Research upcoming projects, target consultants, architects, developers and potential partners.

Identify relevant decision-makers and support focused professional outreach.

Follow submitted proposals and assist in converting enquiries into appointments.

Develop an understanding of XELUXE’s specialist services, including fire and life safety, acoustics, vertical transportation, accessibility, wayfinding and other engineering disciplines.





Support vendor registrations, prequalification submissions and business-expansion initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Excellent written English and strong document-development ability.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel, Power

Point, Canva and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable.

Ability to understand technical and commercial information quickly.

Strong research, coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.

Commercial curiosity and the confidence to communicate with clients and internal technical teams.

Prior experience in bids, proposals, engineering consultancy, construction or business development is advantageous; exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.

Growth Prospect
This is not intended to remain a purely administrative bid-coordination position.

The successful candidate will receive exposure to specialist engineering services, international markets and client development, with the potential to progress into a Business Development and Market Expansion role.
