About the Role

We're hiring a Student Counselor to join our overseas education team in Kochi. As an education counselor, you'll guide students and parents through the complete study abroad journey from the first consultation to a confirmed admission.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who genuinely enjoys advising students and helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What You'll Do

- Conduct student counseling sessions and understand each student's academic background and career goals
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility, timelines, and costs clearly to students and parents
- Support the full application process — documentation, forms, and Statements of Purpose (SOP)
- Respond to student and parent enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with international universities and partner agencies
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
- Organise and support information sessions, webinars, and education events
- Stay current on admission policies,



visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities

What We're Looking For

- Strong student counseling and advising skills, with the ability to assess academic profiles and career goals
- Knowledge of overseas education and admission processes for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, and Europe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and university representatives
- Robust organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines
- Comfortable using CRM systems, office tools, and online application portals
- Attention to detail and commitment to giving accurate, up-to-date information
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, counseling, or psychology background is an advantage)
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting, admissions, or education counseling preferred, but strong freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply
