About Wyzard

Wyzard is building an AI GTM Operating System for Financial Services, helping NBFCs deploy AI agents across sales, customer engagement, collections, cross-sell/upsell and other customer-facing workflows.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us acquire and grow NBFC customers.

Location: Mumbai / Delhi-NCR / Bengaluru / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad
Experience: 5–8 years

The Role

This is a high-ownership, hunting-oriented enterprise sales role.

You will identify prospective NBFC accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, create opportunities and take them through the sales cycle to closure.

This role is ideal for someone who has 5+ years of experience selling software/technology into NBFCs or financial services and wants to take on significantly more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new NBFC accounts
- Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders




- Conduct discovery meetings and understand customer pain points
- Position Wyzard's AI solutions against identified business problems
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound and relationship-led selling
- Coordinate product demos and POCs
- Manage opportunities through negotiation and closure
- Build account plans and maintain sales activity in CRM
- Work with senior sales leaders on strategic opportunities
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customers

Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of B2B software / SaaS / fintech sales experience
- Experience selling into NBFCs, banks, HFCs or lending businesses
- Strong recent-business / hunting experience
- Comfortable engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Understanding of lending technology and NBFC workflows
- Experience selling solutions such as:
- Digital Lending
- LOS / LMS
- KYC / AML
- Credit / Risk
- Collection
