Operations Executive
We are hiring an Operations Executive to join our team.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Budget: Up to ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Track client deliverables, compliances, and deadlines .
- Coordinate with clients via Email/WhatsApp for updates and follow-ups.
- Collect client feedback and resolve queries/issues.
- Maintain accurate client data and operational trackers .
- Prepare and update MIS reports .
- Track administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Requirements: Valuable communication, follow-up, coordination, and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience in Operations, Client Coordination, or MIS will be preferred.
