- Ensure optimal staffing, financial planning, and efficient utilization of school resources and fundsn
- Exercise expenditure authority within approved financial limitsn
- Provide academic leadership through curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and teacher developmentn
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and learning outcomesn
- Serve as the Ex-officio Secretary of the School Managing Committeen
- Monitor student assessments, notebooks, homework, and academic performance to ensure quality standardsn
- Implement effective systems for timely evaluation, feedback, and corrective actionsn
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric culture that promotes wellbeing, discipline, and academic excellencen
- Ensure compliance with academic, operational, administrative, and statutory policies and regulationsn
- Maintain school accounts, records, registers,

- Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters to implement strategic initiatives, policies, and centralized functionsn
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, teachers, the community, and regulatory authoritiesn
- Handle official correspondence and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and returnsn
- Effectively manage school infrastructure, transport, health services, equipment, and other operational resourcesn
- Ensure proper maintenance of school assets and stock registersn
- Lead recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and retention of teaching and non-teaching staffn
- Monitor staff performance and promote continuous professional developmentn
- Lead school inspections, audits, accreditation, and compliance activitiesn
- Organize regular parent-teacher interactions and communicate student prog
