- Support renewals and expansion opportunities.n
- Work closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.n
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers.n
- Maintain an updated leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS and leasing reports.n
- Support the team in leasing activities for existing assets.n

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.n
- 2–5years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.n
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.n
- Robust analytical and communication abilities.n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).n
