nRole Overview
nThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing HNI clients, presenting luxury resort investment opportunities, driving direct sales, and building long-term relationships with prospective investors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling premium clients, and prior experience in luxury, hotel,



hospitality, or real estate sales.
nKey Responsibilities
nIdentify and generate quality leads through direct sales, references, networking, events, and client meetings.
nHandle HNI and premium clients with a consultative sales approach.
nPresent Fine Acers' luxury resort ownership and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
nUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
nSchedule meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
nBuild and maintain robust client relationships to ensure trust, conversion, and referrals.
nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
nCoordinate with internal teams for documentation, client servicing, and closing support.
nMaintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
