- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Biotechnology / Distillery Technology or equivalent.n
- Relevant technical qualification in Malt & Distillation / Alcohol Technology will be an advantage.n

n Experience:

- n
- Approximately 2–6 years of relevant experience in Malt, Distillation, Brewery, Distillery, Alcohol Manufacturing or a similar process industry.n
- Hands-on experience in fermentation and distillation operations will be preferred.n
- Experience in process optimisation, production planning and manufacturing KPIs is desirable.n

n1. Job Purpose
nTo manage and support day-to-day operations of the Malt and Distillation process , ensuring secure, efficient, consistent and compliant production while meeting quality, productivity, yield and cost objectives.

n2. Key Responsibilities
n A. Malt Operations
n
- n




- Monitor and manage malt production activities including raw material handling, cleaning, steeping, germination, kilning and malt storage .n
- Ensure optimum process parameters are maintained for consistent malt quality.n
- Monitor raw material consumption, process losses, yield and productivity.n
- Coordinate with Quality and Laboratory teams for testing and release of malt.n
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.n

n B. Distillation Operations
n
- n
- Monitor and control distillation operations as per defined SOPs and process parameters.n
- Ensure efficient operation of fermentation, distillation, spirit recovery and related processes .n
- Monitor alcohol yield, recovery, energy consumption and process losses.n
- Ensure effective utilisation of plant equipment and minimise downtime.n
- Support troubleshooting of process and equipment-related issues in coordination with Engineering.n
