Job DescriptionRole Summary
nThe KST Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Kitchen Support Team (KST) at Food Whisperer. The role will ensure smooth kitchen operations through effective manpower deployment, hygiene and sanitation, timely support to the culinary team, and adherence to Food Whisperer's operational and safety standards.

- Supervise day-to-day activities of the Kitchen Support Team as per operational requirementsn
- Allocate KST manpower across kitchen areas based on workload and business requirementsn
- Ensure timely availability of clean utensils, equipment, workstations, and other kitchen support requirementsn
- Coordinate with Chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operationsn
- Monitor cleaning, washing, waste disposal, and other kitchen support activitiesn
- Ensure proper handling, movement, and storage of kitchen equipment and materialsn
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timelinesn




- Support the team during peak hours, special events, and high-volume operationsn

nTeam Management

- Supervise, guide, and monitor KST members on a daily basisn
- Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift allocationsn
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of KST employeesn
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across shifts and escalate shortages to the reporting managern
- Conduct on-the-job training for current and existing KST employeesn
- Ensure employees follow assigned responsibilities and operational SOPsn
- Address day-to-day employee concerns and escalate disciplinary or performance-related issues when requiredn
- Build teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment within the KSTn
