n What you'll do:

- Handle student queries across calls, chat, and email n
- Stay sharp on all course, platform, and payment-related info so you're never caught off guardn
- Own escalations, social media or otherwise, keep things calm, find a way forwardn




- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to close open issues on time, every timen
- Complete accurate, prompt documentation for every resolved case — no loose endsn
- Generate support reports in Excel / Google Sheets for performance trackingn

n What we're looking for:

- n
- 0–3 years in Customer Support / Customer Success / Student Supportn
- Experience handling escalations and social media complaintsn
- Robust verbal and written communication in Englishn
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reportingn
- Ability to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced environmentn
- Prior EdTech / SaaS experience is a strong plusn
