Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Gurugram, we develop and distribute CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, ECG devices, and other respiratory care products for hospitals and home healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to promote medical devices.
- Explain product features and advantages to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Requirements
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical devices is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
