Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (anywhere in India)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

This role is for people who have sold digital marketing services. SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB, or websites. Candidates from insurance, real estate, education telecalling, banking, or general BPO sales backgrounds are requested not to apply.

Most deals are not lost to a competitor. They are lost to a reply that came too late and a follow-up that never happened.

At GrowthPixel, we work exclusively with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands. Our own SEO and social presence bring us a steady flow of enquiries every week from businesses already looking for help.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to own that pipeline end to end.

Being honest about this role: it is 50/50. Half your time goes to converting the enquiries that come to us. The other half is yours to build through prospecting, outreach, and referrals. The inbound gives you a base most agency sales jobs cannot offer, but you are expected to add to it, not just wait for it.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Has sold digital marketing services and can tell us what they sold, to whom, and for how much
- Understands what SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB, and website projects actually involve
- Responds rapid and follows up without being reminded
- Can prospect from scratch, not just work leads handed to them
- Runs a discovery call by asking questions before recommending anything
- Can explain a technical service in plain language and build a proposal around the client's real problem
- Handles price objections without immediately discounting
- Is fluent in English and Hindi

What You'll Be Doing:





- Owning every inbound enquiry from first response to signed client
- Building your own pipeline of clinics and hospitals through LinkedIn, calls, email, and referrals, and reactivating old leads that went cold
- Running discovery calls with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital decision makers
- Building proposals, negotiating, closing, and handing over cleanly to the delivery team
- Driving renewals, upsells, and referrals from clients you have won
- Meeting a client in person occasionally, only when that clinic or hospital is in your own city

Bonus Points If You:

- Have worked with healthcare clients such as doctors, clinics, or hospitals
- Have worked at a digital marketing agency before
