Job Overview:

A leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to support its warehouse operations in Goa. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, coordinating material movement, maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and supporting efficient storage and distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Utilize ERP systems and inventory management tools to record and track warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation partners to ensure timely movement and delivery of materials and products.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping standards.




- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other internal departments to maintain product quality during storage and distribution.
- Prepare warehouse-related reports, inventory reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Guide and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements related to warehouse operations.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), warehouse compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
- Experience in conducting stock audits and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, logistics providers, and warehouse personnel.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices applicable to warehouse operations.
