Job Description (JD)

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.

- Duties include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer/clients interactions
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate customer service platforms
- Frontline support for the organization in providing quality service to the customers.
- Providing information about products or services, take or enter details, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
