We are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift workplace.
Work Schedule:-
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- 24x7 rotational shifts

Compensation:-
CTC / Take-home Salary : Up to 30,000 in hand per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
