Responsibilities :

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions from job requisition to offer acceptance.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill sets, and team dynamics.

- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit for the organization.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while providing timely feedback.

- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep accurate records of candidate status and recruitment metrics.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar recruiting role,



ideally with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of technical roles, IT technologies, and various non-IT functions across industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through effective interviewing and evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proactive sourcing skills using various recruitment platforms and social media channels.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced and changing recruitment landscape.
