Swiggy is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the overall hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth joining experience and timely completion of all required documentation and formalities.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes including employee records, documentation, HR trackers, and other people-related activities.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office administration, employee coordination, engagement activities, and other operational requirements.
- Candidate & Employee Coordination: Act as a point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Process Support:



Help maintain HR systems and trackers while supporting the team with day-to-day HR processes and coordination.

Requirements:

- Based in Mumbai and comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment, HR administration, HR operations, or a related role.
- Prior experience working with a recruitment or advertising agency is a plus .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A fast learner who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A people-oriented team player who is eager to learn and build a career in HR.
