Design LeadershipLead end-to-end architectural design for luxury bungalows, villas, and premium residences.Develop conceptual drawings, design themes, zoning plans, and design language for each project.Work on customized designs tailored to high-end clients' lifestyle needs.2. Technical ExpertisePrepare detailed AutoCAD drawings:Working drawingsGFC (Good for Construction) setsSections, elevations, joinery & staircase detailsElectrical & plumbing coordinationEnsure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, seismic guidelines, and construction safety standards.3.



Coordination & ExecutionWork closely with site engineers and supervisors for technical clarifications.Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level drawing conflicts.Provide continuous support to ensure design is executed with accuracy and premium finishing.4. Client Interaction- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.- Handle revisions and technical queries professionally and quickly.5.
