The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions.Key Responsibilities• Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads.• Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats.• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.• Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments.• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions.• Handle queries and objections related to courses, fees, placements and admissions.• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.• Achieve daily calling,
